The NBAA Maintenance AMT Travel Fund is a financial assistance program created to assist with the travel needs of AMT Scholarship recipients who otherwise would not be able to claim the AMT-awarded course. The travel fund is made possible through the generous donations and fundraising efforts of the NBAA Maintenance Committee.
Travel funding will be determined and authorized prior to the applicant’s actual spending. Travel funds are administered as reimbursement of expenses upon course completion and submittal of detailed expense report, receipts and signed IRS W9 form.
NBAA guarantees neither travel fund availability nor fund allocation to individual scholarship winners. The allocation of travel assistance funds is at the sole discretion of the NBAA Maintenance Committee Scholarship Subcommittee with support from NBAA staff. Travel funds are awarded on an “as available and as needed” basis.
