Current aviation professionals interested in attending the annual NBAA Leadership Conference for education about flight department management and personal leadership development.

Winners will receive complimentary registration and a small travel stipend for the 2026 NBAA Leadership Conference taking place February 2-4 in San Antonio, TX.
